Birth Certificate Upload
After completing registering for The Fall season all players will need to upload a copy of their birth certificate to their player profile. Birth certificates can be uploaded using this URL: https://system.gotsport.com/forms/44760C290

Little Jacks (for ages 3-5) at Go Jacks Soccer Camps Stephen F. Austin State University
Refunds will not be offered do to Covid-9 unless mandated by the Governor of Texas.
Unfortunately in-person registration is not available due to the lack of volunteers and manpower to support in person registration.
